🔁 Return Policy


We want you to love every piece from Allure Haven. If something doesn’t work out, we gladly accept returns on most U.S. orders.

 

 


✅ What’s Eligible for Return

 

  • Clothing must be unworn, with original tags and packaging
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be shipped back within 7 days after your return is approved
  • We do not offer exchanges at this time

 

 


❌ What’s Non-Returnable

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are final sale:


  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Intimates & lingerie
  • Face masks
  • Beauty items
  • Jewelry

 

 

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless your item arrives damaged or there was a shipping error
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Returns that don’t meet our guidelines may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined
  • Returns take 5–7 business days to process once received
  • We do not accept exchanges

 

 


🌍 International Orders

At this time, we do not accept returns on international orders (outside the U.S.).
